2008 Chairpersons

Paul A. Edwards is the distinguished Cornelius McCole Chair of the Department of Ophthalmology & Eye Care Services at Henry Ford Hospital. As Department chief, Dr. Edwards is in charge of a department of 35 Ophthalmologists and 4 basic researchers, one of the busiest Ophthalmology departments in the Midwest. He has guided the department in the development of innovative research programs which makes the department an important center of basic and clinical research. Dr. Edwards is a retina specialist, who is also involved in basic and clinical research at the hospital. Dr. Edwards enjoys golfing, fine wine and is an audiophile.

Jennifer M. Edwards, along with her spouse Paul, resides in West Bloomfield. Jennifer is a realtor for Presidential Realty in Bloomfield Hills. Jennifer is an entrepreneur, managing a portfolio of rental properties. Jennifer has supported the Night for Sight since its inception. She enjoys travel, fine wine, golfing, and decorating.

Dr. and Mrs. Edwards thank you for your generous support of A Night for Sight. The funds raised at this event will continue to support vision saving research and programs. 

 

Lori and David Morrison have been supporters of  A Night for Sight for a number of years. They are greatly interested in the Metro Detroit community especially in the health of its children. They are deeply honored to serve as  co-chairs for A Night for Sight as its primary purpose is to generate funds to aid researchers in the prevention of blindness in children. They both would like to thank you for your generous contributions to this year's event. Further, David and Lori would also like to thank National City Bank for its support of A Night for Sight.

David's a native Southeast Michigander who had been residing in Traverse City, MI with his family until 2005. In Traverse City, he worked for National City Bank in various capacities until he and his family relocated back to the Detroit area where David assumed the state leadership role of Business Banking. He currently is Executive Vice President of Business Banking and Cash Management for National City Bank in Michigan.

Lori and David have two girls attending school in Rochester. Lori is actively involved in supporting the girls' myriad social and sports activities. She has participated in numerous fund raising efforts that support her children's school and community.
