Since 1992, the Alliance for Vision Research has provided nearly $1 million in essential funding for over 60 Metro area vision-preserving research projects and/or to local organizations, which directly aid the visually impaired.  These institutions directly reflect the Alliance's mission to restore, preserve, and improve vision, primarily in children.
