A Brief History

It all started with a simple vision.  Dr. Frank Nesi, MD and Dr. Paul Fecko, MD had a passion to really help children who are suffering with  serious vision challenges.  Their pioneering spirit led them to the idea that a Michigan International Wine Auction,  'A Night For Sight' could encourage and engage the generosity of many kind people in support of much needed funding for medical research and education which would in turn improve the lives of children and enhance the skills of their ophthalmologists.

What began as an  idea and hope in 2000, lead to the first A Night for Sight charity event in 2002. It continues thanks to the leadership of these founders and the dedication of all of you who contribute to its success in so many ways.
